Job Description
1. Assisted company personnel with desktop operation both hardware and software.
2. Supervised and performed the installation of new IT network equipment, system software and desktop computer.
3. Planned routine repairs and/or system upgrades.
4. Provided employee training and instruction (presentations) regarding basic support and quality standards.
5. Tested the IT networking systems, monitored the performance of network servers and maintained computer systems of the organization.
6. Updated management on a regular basis through reports, email, and presentations.
7. Made use of Help desk systems to make work-load prioritization, to update calls.
8. Documented and maintained supply of all required inventory.
9. Performed regular maintenance of company peripheral network devices printers and scanners.
10. Administered the creating and supporting of IT accounts and computer systems.
11. Performed technical support, including escalation of problems and incident identification with subsequent resolution.
12. Ensured functionality of desktop systems throughout departments by regular checks and maintenance
NOTE: Should be comfortable working in Rotational Shift
