My house which is a three storeyed building is located in the prime position of Behala Chowrasta . We enjoy lot of facilities including proper transport. It is of 800 sq ft(carpet area). I am interested to give rent the ground floor of the building to any well established office. There will be an agreement which will be renewed (if required) after 11 months. Monthly rent will be Rs 18000 excluding electricity. Advence payment will nbe made for three months. No extra charge for water. The ground floor consists of one verandah, Two bedroom like rooms, one dining space, one extra room(before it was used as kitchen) and one bathroom.
