Job Role & Responsibilities: US Recruiters
# Having 2 years of hands-on experience in US Recruitment
# The candidate should independently handle the entire recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, target hunting, initial interviewing to final placement.
# Searching on job portals like Monster, Dice, etc.
# Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/hr aspects (W2, 1099, Corp-Corp) with GCs, U.S. Citizens , H1B, EAD, TN permit holders.
# Scheduling Interview, status reporting. Submitting consultant directly to client.
# Uploading, Monitoring and maintaining Job Postings on Job Portals.
# Direct reporting to US Recruiters/ US marketing team/ Clients.
# Direct interacting with US Vendors.
Candidate should have:
# Good knowledge of US locations and time zones
# Good written and verbal English communication skills to suit US standards
# Comfortable in working in US time zones and dealing directly with US candidates
# Systematic and hard working
# Confidence to work independently and a good team player
# Graduate from a recognized university
